**Job Title** B2B Sales / Business Development Manager **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end commercial activities for a B2B business, building a qualified pipeline, closing new contracts, and driving revenue growth through direct sales and channel partners. Own a portfolio of corporate and insurance clients, ensuring forecast accuracy, pipeline depth, and successful post‑sale upsell and retention. **Expectations** - Deliver incremental B2B revenue, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintaining margin per deal. - Build a robust pipeline that supports a 2‑6 month sales cycle and a 12‑month forecast. - Convert partners and channel leads into signed agreements while keeping renewal and upsell metrics high. - Provide timely, accurate pipeline updates and forecast contributions to executive leadership. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and prioritize target accounts through segmentation and multi‑channel outreach. - Generate and nurture leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and partner referrals. - Conduct discovery, qualification, and multi‑stakeholder meetings (HR, benefits, insurers). - Draft and present tailored commercial proposals in coordination with operations. - Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals; manage contract finalization. - Maintain and enrich CRM data; produce reliable forecasts and KPI reports. - Perform post‑signing business reviews, track client satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities. - Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment and risk mitigation. - Activate and support partner channel activities, delivering co‑selling materials and joint proposal support. **Required Skills** - Proven outbound prospecting and consultative selling in B2B, preferably SaaS or service‑based. - Ability to manage a full sales cycle (2‑6 months), from lead to close. - Strong multi‑stakeholder negotiation and communication skills. - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), pipeline management, and forecast accuracy. - Data‑driven mindset for KPI monitoring and cycle‑time analysis. - Channel sales experience (co‑selling with brokers or partners) is advantageous. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional language skills are a plus). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. - Minimum 3‑8 years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - No specific certifications required, but knowledge of SaaS sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN) is beneficial.
