**Job Title** Automation Test Engineer (F/M) **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain automated functional and non‑functional tests for healthcare solutions in an Agile environment. Coordinate closely with manual testing, development teams, and continuous integration pipelines to ensure product quality and prevent regressions. **Expectations** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - Proven experience in test automation, preferably in a healthcare or regulated domain. - Strong orientation toward quality, autonomy, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** - Create, implement, and update automated test scripts for UI (e.g., Ranorex, Agilitest, Cypress) and API (e.g., Karate, SoapUI) layers. - Identify features for automation in collaboration with developers and QA peers. - Convert manual test cases into automated ones, ensuring coverage of functional, non‑functional, and regression scenarios. - Industrialize test execution and data management within CI/CD environments. - Produce operational reports and maintain technical documentation. - Advocate and promote automation best practices across the testing community. - Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). **Required Skills** - Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.). - Familiarity with performance testing tools (Gatling, Neoload, JMeter). - Version control proficiency (Git, SVN). - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Self‑starter who can work independently and proactively suggest improvements. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. - No mandatory certifications, but familiarity with ISO/IEC 29119 or Agile QA certifications is a plus.
