**Job Title:** Sales Performance Manager
**Role Summary:**
Leads the steering, monitoring, and enhancement of commercial performance for the Freight Forwarding line of business across all regions. Ensures consistent KPI tracking, governance, and execution of action plans aligned with budget, strategy, and corporate standards. Provides executive‑level reporting, insights, and support for performance improvement.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver transparent, data‑driven performance visibility to senior leadership.
- Identify and act on deviations, risks, and opportunities to meet revenue, gross profit, and volume targets.
- Maintain accurate, standardized commercial data across Salesforce and BI tools.
- Collaborate effectively with regional sales directors, country managers, and corporate sales performance teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and analyze revenue, GP, volume, pipeline, hit‑rate, and key‑customer acquisition metrics by region/country.
- Track performance against monthly budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets; flag variances and root causes.
- Produce global and regional commercial performance dashboards and monthly Business Review reports.
- Deliver weekly executive performance summaries to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with actionable insights.
- Support CCO with ad‑hoc analyses, deep‑dives, and executive presentations.
- Define, deploy, and maintain standardized global Salesforce KPIs in partnership with corporate teams.
- Facilitate regular commercial performance reviews with regional sales leadership.
- Ensure data consistency and reliability across Salesforce, reporting, and performance management tools.
- Co‑develop and drive corrective commercial action plans for under‑performing countries.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced analytical and data‑interpretation abilities; strong business insight generation.
- Proficiency in Excel, Business Intelligence tools, and Salesforce (implementation, KPI management).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex data for executive audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management in a multi‑country, matrix environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5–8+ years experience in sales performance management, commercial controlling, or business performance, preferably within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
- No specific certifications required; demonstrated expertise in Salesforce and BI tools expected.
