**Job Title**
Growth Ops Lead (Head of Growth)
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end growth strategy for a cloud‑based AI and GPU platform aimed at developers, startups, and enterprise teams. Own acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, driving new customer pipelines, improving developer experience, and expanding existing accounts through data‑driven experimentation and cross‑functional collaboration.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable growth targets (CAC, LTV, churn, ARPU).
- Build a scalable, repeatable growth process from scratch.
- Align growth initiatives tightly with product roadmap and platform capabilities.
- Act as the primary advocate for developer and technical user needs across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and launch the global growth strategy and GTM plan for GPU, serverless, and AI‑model deployment offerings.
- Identify, prioritize, and segment target customers (AI startups, SaaS publishers, GPU‑heavy enterprises).
- Create multichannel acquisition campaigns (SEO, technical content, developer communities, partnerships, outbound, paid campaigns).
- Design and optimize the user journey: sign‑up → first deployment → first successful run, reducing friction and boosting time‑to‑value.
- Implement revenue models, packaging, and upsell/expansion strategies for existing accounts.
- Define and track growth KPIs; set up analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Lead continuous A/B and multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Customer Success to iterate on platform features and developer experience.
- Produce technical and educational content (documentation, case studies, templates) to support community growth.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of growth, B2B tech marketing, or business development experience.
- Proven track record building growth strategy from scratch in B2B cloud or SaaS environments.
- Deep understanding of developer workflows, technical stacks (cloud, APIs, Kubernetes, AI).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to set decisions and optimize funnels.
- Excellent written communication: content creation, technical documentation, marketing copy.
- Self‑driven, entrepreneurial, and able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced startup.
- Capable of rapid experimentation, iterative learning, and cross‑functional team leadership.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Optional certifications in Growth Marketing, Analytics, Cloud Computing, or AI technologies.
