Job Description

Job title: Digital Marketing Executive Role Summary: Drive CRM strategy and execution to enhance customer experience and insight generation, managing end‑to‑end digital campaigns, feedback programs, and testing within a 12‑month contract. Expactations: - Own the CRM sprint cycle and post‑campaign analysis. - Act as the CRM subject‑matter expert across marketing. - Deliver strategic projects impacting CRM performance. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, deliver, and review CRM sprint processes. - Optimize customer communications across the journey. - Manage customer feedback and reviews, using survey tools to capture sentiment. - Design and implement CRM testing programs in Marketing Cloud. - Coordinate with content and marketing teams to identify optimization opportunities. - Support CRM and platform queries with technical teams. - Research and launch new lead‑generation initiatives. - Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaigns. Required Skills: - 3+ years in CRM, marketing, or communications. - Hands‑on experience with CRM/email platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud). - Proficiency with survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey). - Strong analytical skills, including Google Analytics. - Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills. - Knowledge of social media and digital marketing channels. - Advanced Excel; Microsoft Office proficiency. - Good communication and relationship‑building abilities. - Wiki/WordPress or CMS experience (beneficial). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - CRM or digital marketing certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator, Google Analytics Certification) preferred.
