**Role Summary**
Strategic Talent Partner embedded within the engineering leadership team of a fast‑growing tech organization (online brand protection). Own end‑to‑end recruitment for senior‑level engineering roles (Python, Machine Learning, data‑intensive platforms), build pipelines, and drive process improvements to meet a critical 2026 roadmap. Operates in a hybrid Paris setting, reporting to senior engineering stakeholders and influencing hiring strategy.
**Expectations**
- Partner with engineering leadership to define hiring priorities and role scopes.
- Deliver high‑quality hires on schedule while balancing speed, cost, and long‑term capability.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for hard‑to‑find technical profiles.
- Use data‑driven metrics to identify risks, optimize processes, and report outcomes.
- Communicate market insights on talent availability, compensation, and competitive trade‑offs.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Strategic Partnering** – Advise engineering stakeholders on talent strategy, prioritization, and role definition; provide market intelligence.
2. **Full‑Cycle Recruitment** – Manage sourcing, screening, interview design, offer negotiation, and onboarding for technical positions (Python, ML, AI, data engineering).
3. **Creative Sourcing** – Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, technical communities, open‑source platforms, events, meet‑ups, referrals, and targeted outreach to attract niche talent.
4. **Process Design** – Refine interview frameworks for fairness, speed, and consistency; ensure stakeholder alignment.
5. **Metrics & Continuous Improvement** – Track time‑to‑hire, source effectiveness, quality of hire; identify hiring risks and implement corrective actions.
6. **Employer Branding** – Collaborate with engineering and marketing to craft authentic candidate narratives highlighting product challenges and impact.
**Required Skills**
- Proven track record recruiting senior engineering roles in Paris (Python, ML, AI, data platforms).
- Senior talent‑partner experience with ability to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively.
- Advanced direct‑sourcing expertise (LinkedIn Recruiter + alternative channels).
- Strong project‑management capability handling multiple concurrent hires in a fast‑paced environment.
- Data‑literacy: comfortable using recruitment metrics to drive decisions.
- Excellent English communication; French proficiency a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Professional recruitment certification (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, SHRM‑CP) preferred but not mandatory.
