Interim Senior Talent Partner
Day rate: €450 to €500 per day
Contract: 6 months
Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite in Paris
Language: English speaking, French is a bonus
James Adams In House is supporting a high growth, tech led organisation in the Online Brand Protection space to hire an Interim Senior Talent Partner to own engineering hiring across a critical 2026 roadmap. This is an embedded, strategic Talent Partner role, not a delivery only position.
You will sit close to Engineering leadership, shaping hiring plans, building pipelines, improving process, and helping the business attract highly sought after technical talent in a competitive Paris market.
What the role will cover:
Strategic partnering
Act as the primary Talent Partner for Engineering stakeholders, supporting hiring strategy, prioritisation, and role scoping
Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation, and realistic trade offs
Influence hiring decisions, balancing speed, quality, and long term capability
End to end engineering recruitment
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including Python, Machine Learning, and specialist data heavy engineering positions
Translate complex requirements into compelling, candidate friendly narratives
Design and refine interview processes to improve fairness, speed, and consistency
Creative sourcing and attraction
Build proactive, long term pipelines for hard to find engineering profiles
Use multiple channels beyond LinkedIn, including technical communities, open source platforms, events, meetups, referrals, and targeted outreach
Partner with Engineering and Marketing to tell authentic stories about the product, technical challenges, and impact
Data and continuous improvement
Track and use metrics such as time to hire, source effectiveness, and quality signals to improve outcomes
Identify hiring risks early, propose solutions, and continuously iterate on approach
What they are looking for
Essential
Strong track record of recruiting for technical roles in Paris, ideally within Engineering, Python, Machine Learning, AI, data, platform, or specialist software hiring
Experience operating as a senior Talent Partner, confident challenging stakeholders constructively
Strong direct sourcing capability, including LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing methods
Comfortable managing multiple hires in a fast moving environment
Data literate, able to use metrics to inform decisions and improve process
Fluent English, able to operate confidently with international stakeholders
Nice to have
French language skills
Experience in a product led, tech led, or scale up environment
Familiarity with ATS's (Ashby etc)
Broader hiring exposure outside pure engineering roles
