Job Description

**Job Title** Technical Business Analyst **Role Summary** Bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams in a fast‑paced software delivery environment. Translate business needs into clear, build‑ready technical requirements, shape solution architecture, and support end‑to‑end delivery across complex digital products. **Expectations** - 1.5–5+ years as a Business Analyst in technology or software delivery. - Proven technical BA experience, not only business‑facing. - Independent, high‑impact, customer‑facing capability. - Senior/consultant‑level, with coaching or mentoring of junior BAs. - Strong stakeholder engagement and change‑driving record. **Key Responsibilities** - Act between business stakeholders and engineering, turning needs into technical specifications. - Work the full SDLC: discovery, design, development, testing, and go‑live. - Produce artefacts: process flows, sequence diagrams, functional designs, business rules, backlog items. - Collaborate with developers, architects, UX/UI, testers, product, and DevOps to shape scalable solutions. - Identify technical dependencies, constraints, risks, and business impacts across workstreams. - Support testing: script reviews, defect triage, query resolution. - Contribute to Agile ceremonies, prioritize backlogs by value, risk, and dependencies. - Advise on business readiness: operational, communications, training. **Required Skills** - Technical knowledge of APIs, databases, system integrations, and architecture concepts. - Experience eliciting requirements, shaping solutions, and delivering measurable outcomes. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Comfortable working with cross‑functional delivery teams. - Proficiency with BA tools and techniques; evidence of innovative solutions. - Confident communication with solution and technical architects. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Preferred certifications: CBAP/CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
