**Job Title:** Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Act as the primary support and optimization resource for a global transportation organization’s CLM platform. Manage contract workflows from drafting to execution, resolve system issues, and maintain data integrity across the platform.
**Expectations:**
- Work remotely (6‑month contract, potential extension).
- Independently manage workload across global time zones.
- Deliver accurate, high‑quality contract data and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with non‑technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and update CLM tool (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Ironclad, Icertis, Conga).
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve user requests and system issues.
- Validate contract data and extract metadata.
- Clean and report contract data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Document processes, maintain knowledge bases, FAQs, and internal guides.
- Assist with configuration, workflow design, UAT testing, and integrations with Salesforce, Workday, or DocuSign eSignature.
- Manage tickets and collaborate via Jira, Confluence, Slack, or ServiceNow.
- Provide training or guidance to users on contract workflows and platform usage.
**Required Skills:**
- Experience with a CLM platform (DocuSign, Ironclad, Icertis, Conga, or similar).
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle stages (draft, review, approval, execution).
- Ability to extract metadata and validate contract data.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data cleaning, filtering, reporting).
- Excellent written and verbal communication for explaining processes to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Functional or admin experience with DocuSign CLM.
- Background in legal operations, contract administration, or technology‑enabled legal services.
- Familiarity with integrations between CLM systems and Salesforce, Workday, or DocuSign eSignature.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, or ServiceNow.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications in CLM software or related legal technology (e.g., DocuSign CLM certification) are a plus.
