Job Specifications
Our customer, a global transportation organization, is seeking a detail-oriented CLM Analyst to play a central role in supporting and optimizing its contract lifecycle management platform . This role will be a remote position for 6 months (contract is likely to extend).
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Analyst
Location - Remote
Must Haves:
Experience working with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool (e.g. DocuSign CLM, Ironclad, Icertis, Conga, or similar).
Strong understanding of contract workflows - drafting, review, approval, and execution stages.
Demonstrated ability to triage and resolve user requests or system issues efficiently.
Experience with metadata extraction or contract data validation.
High attention to detail and accuracy when handling large data or contracts.
Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills (data cleaning, filtering, reporting).
Strong communication skills, particularly in explaining process or system issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage workload across global time zones.
Preferred Skillset:
Direct, hands-on experience with DocuSign CLM (functional or admin level).
Exposure to configuration, workflow design, or UAT testing in CLM tools.
Familiarity with integrations between CLM systems and platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, or DocuSign eSignature.
Experience maintaining knowledge bases, FAQs, or internal documentation.
Background in legal operations, contract administration, or technology-enabled legal services.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack, or ServiceNow for ticket management and collaboration.
