**Job Title:** Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect / Consultant (SME) **Role Summary** Lead the strategic planning, architecture design, and execution of end‑to‑end Salesforce Revenue Cloud migration initiatives. Serve as the subject‑matter expert for CPQ, Billing, Contracts, Orders, and Pricing components, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems, adherence to governance standards, and optimal performance. **Expectations** - 8+ years of IT experience, including large‑scale enterprise platform leadership. - Deep technical proficiency in Salesforce core platform, CPQ, and Billing. - Proven track record of overseeing complex SaaS or Salesforce migration programs. **Key Responsibilities** - Own migration strategy: discovery, assessment, roadmap definition, and execution plan. - Design target‑state architecture for Revenue Cloud components (CPQ, Billing, Contracts, Orders, Pricing). - Provide guidance on data migration, integrations, security, and performance tuning. - Define and enforce solution design standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. - Lead change management, release strategy, and adoption planning efforts. - Review and approve configuration and development work from delivery teams. - Escalation point for complex functional and technical issues. **Required Skills** - Salesforce Platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, core capabilities. - Revenue Cloud: hands‑on architecture and configuration of CPQ and Billing. - Integration expertise: APIs, middleware, and enterprise data pipelines. - Data migration: strategy, tools, and execution. - Release management and deployment models. - Architecture standards, governance, and design principles. - Strong stakeholder communication, advisory, and stakeholder management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect or related Revenue Cloud certification preferred. ---
