**Role Summary**
Lead global marketing strategy for a high‑end interior design studio. Own end‑to‑end marketing mix, including brand awareness, digital, PR, events, and sales support across existing and emerging markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and execute a unified global marketing strategy.
2. Plan, launch, and evaluate marketing campaigns, projects, and events.
3. Measure performance, analyse results, and report to senior management.
4. Conduct market and competitor research, identifying opportunities to boost brand reach.
5. Cultivate relationships with creative agencies and external partners.
6. Act as press liaison; create press releases and coordinate media coverage.
7. Oversee digital channels (website, SEO, social media) to maximise visibility.
8. Produce thought‑leadership content, blogs, videos, and photography.
9. Establish and maintain brand guidelines and collateral.
10. Plan and execute marketing events to generate interest and sales leads.
11. Provide sales support through collateral, pitches, and portfolio updates.
12. Identify and pursue brand partnership opportunities.
13. Represent the brand at networking events and industry gatherings.
**Required Skills**
- Generalist marketing management experience.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and analytics.
- Advanced project management and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with content management systems and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication, copywriting, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high detail.
- Commercial acumen and data‑driven decision making.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, PR, or project management are a plus.
