**Job Title:** Director of Marketing **Role Summary** Lead national brand strategy, creative direction, and digital marketing efforts to drive growth for a fast-growing beverage brand. Oversee cross-functional teams, campaigns, and partnerships to elevate brand recognition and customer engagement. **Expectations** 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a senior/leadership role. Proven expertise in brand building, digital marketing, and team leadership within food, beverage, or retail industries. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills required. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute national marketing strategy across digital, in-store, and franchise channels. - Define brand positioning, seasonal campaigns, and creative direction. - Manage digital marketing performance (paid social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM). - Lead, mentor, and align marketing teams with business goals. - Build promotional calendars, product launch plans, and maintain consistent brand identity. - Establish partnerships with influencers, agencies, and media vendors. - Support franchise development and new store openings with marketing initiatives. - Deliver data-driven insights and reporting on marketing performance. - Expand brand recognition through external partnerships and collaborations. **Required Skills** - Brand strategy and digital marketing expertise. - Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration. - Campaign performance analysis and data-driven decision-making. - Creative direction and storytelling. - Experience in F&B, QSR, fast-casual, or retail industries. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
