Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Role Summary:
Lead and execute all digital brand, content, and community initiatives for a fast‑casual restaurant chain. Own social media, website, email, digital menu, SEO, and online reputation across multiple locations, ensuring consistent brand experience and data‑driven growth.
Expectations:
- 5+ years in digital marketing or content‑centric roles, ideally within hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven ability to create, plan, and iterate high‑quality visual and written content.
- Strong analytical mindset to track performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Self‑directed, organized, and comfortable driving initiatives in a fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content calendars; create and curate photography, videography, and copy across all social platforms.
- Maintain website, menus, and location pages—update visuals, copy, and UX for optimal guest experience.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews; implement local SEO strategies and manage digital listings.
- Design, launch, and automate email marketing campaigns; segment audiences and track engagement.
- Update digital and OLO menus, ensuring clarity and visual appeal for new products and promotions.
- Analyze digital channel metrics (social, web, email) to report on ROI, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
- Handle inbound digital guest communication (DMs, inbox), delivering hospitality‑focused responses and feedback loops.
Required Skills:
- Photography & videography (hand‑held and DSLR), graphic design basics.
- Expertise in major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter).
- Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Local SEO knowledge, Google My Business, and online reputation management.
- Data analysis using Google Analytics, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
- Project management and strong organizational abilities.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and rapid market changes.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (Google Analytics, HubSpot Content Marketing, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
