Job Description: **Job title:** Software Engineer **Role Summary:** A mid‑level Software Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in Java and JavaScript, responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining core platform features in a fast‑growing, distributed SaaS environment. The role requires strong collaboration across product, design, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable software. **Expectations:** - Deliver production‑ready code on a frequent release cadence. - Participate actively in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and sprint planning. - Communicate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders and adopt best practices for quality and reliability. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software components for the partner‑marketing platform. 2. Maintain and enhance core platform features, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability. 3. Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback. 4. Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams on continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment pipelines. 5.
