We’re the go-to platform for brands, agencies, and networks, with 1,100+ customers including top brands, agencies and networks.
About The Role
As a Software Developer, you will be part of a talented team of engineers who collectively demonstrate excellent technical competency and reliability in a hyper growth environment. Aside from having ample energy and a fun loving mindset, the successful candidate should have a high willingness to learn, be a self-starter and a team player.
We are still in the early days. Though the product is established and the customer base is growing fast, there is still plenty of room for you to come in and have an influence on both the team and the project. We ship features frequently that have a great impact on our customers -- your work will be meaningful.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable software solutions.
Build and enhance core platform features, maintaining high-quality code standards.
Participate actively in code reviews, development planning, and agile processes to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in Java programming.
2+ years of experience in JavaScript.
Strong understanding of infrastructure components and distributed systems/microservices architecture.
Proficiency with Git and branching strategies.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Google Cloud services, Kubernetes, gRPC, and Redis.
Languages: Fluency in English and French Required
Location: Able to commute to the Montreal office a minimum of two days per week.
Compensation Package
Compensation Package: $80,000 - $120,000 CAD OTE

The Pay Range For This Role Is
