**Role Summary**
Lead and execute digital marketing strategy across primary markets to accelerate lead generation and revenue growth. Own paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, website optimization, and retargeting channels, ensuring consistent brand presence, accurate measurement, and continuous performance improvement.
**Expectations**
- 4+ years managing paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, and website optimization.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CMS platforms.
- Proven ability to develop and implement analytics, UTM structures, and funnel metrics.
- Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
- Effective campaign planning, optimization, and scaling across multi‑market environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and manage cross‑functional initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization of digital channels (paid social, paid search, organic, SEO, website, retargeting).
- Manage website performance, UX improvements, SEO, CRO, and content updates.
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns aligned with business priorities.
- Maintain digital content pipeline and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Ensure accurate tracking, analytics, and reporting; translate data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Campaigns, Sales, and international market teams to align messaging, lead quality, and follow‑up processes.
- Manage relationships with agencies and freelancers; evaluate creative and technical assets.
**Required Skills**
- Paid search & paid social campaign management (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- SEO/SEM strategy, keyword research, on‑page and technical SEO.
- Website analytics (Google Analytics), CRM tracking (HubSpot), UTM setup.
- Conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and CRO frameworks.
- Data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Project management, multitasking, and organizational discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication; cross‑functional collaboration.
- Creative problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Professional certifications: Google Ads Certified, Google Analytics Certified, or equivalent.
