Job Description
Job Title: Customer Success Manager Role Summary: A post‑sale customer success leader responsible for onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion of assigned SaaS accounts. Acts as the primary liaison between customers and product/engineering teams, translating feedback into product improvements and driving data‑driven success metrics. Expectations: - Own end‑to‑end customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. - Deliver quarterly business reviews and communicate value, performance, and growth opportunities. - Proactively identify churn risks and partner with internal teams to mitigate. - Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot workflow issues, coordinating cross‑functional resolutions. - Track account health and usage to anticipate needs and recommend enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Execute comprehensive onboarding programs and adoption plans. - Conduct regular QBRs, deliver insights, and highlight product ROI. - Translate customer feedback into actionable product road‑map items. - Manage renewal negotiations, upsell opportunities, and expansion closing. - Investigate and resolve technical or workflow challenges through issue tracking systems. - Monitor account health dashboards and usage analytics to forecast churn or expansion. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to prioritize feature requests and bug fixes. - Engage both executive and technical stakeholders with clear, concise communication. Required Skills: - 4+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or product‑focused SaaS roles. - Deep understanding of software systems, integrations, and data workflows (including SQL, APIs, or basic data analysis). - Proven track record managing renewals, retention, and expansion. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Ability to engage effectively with executive and technical audiences. - Prior experience with ERP, supply‑chain, logistics, or operations technology is a strong plus.
