This is a Chicago based hybrid role. Employees are expected in office 2 days/week.

  

Continuum is seeking a Customer Success Manager with strong technical aptitude and product fluency. You will act as the bridge between our customers and product teams—translating customer feedback into actionable insights and ensuring adoption, retention, and growth across accounts.

What You’ll Do

Own the post-sale relationship for assigned customers, driving onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction.
Conduct regular QBRs to communicate value, progress, and performance metrics.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to represent customer needs and identify feature improvements.
Manage renewals and mitigate churn through proactive engagement and data-driven recommendations.
Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues with customers and coordinate resolutions.
Track account health, usage, and key metrics to anticipate customer needs.

What You Bring

4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Product-focused roles at a SaaS company.
Strong understanding of software systems, integrations, and data workflows.
Experience managing renewals, retention, and account expansion.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfort engaging with both executive and technical stakeholders.
Experience with ERP or supply chain software a major plus.
Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or basic data analysis.
Background in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or operations technology.
