**Job Title:** Enterprise Sales Manager – New Business **Role Summary:** Own the complete sales cycle for new enterprise accounts in a fast‑growing tech company. Act as a strategic hunter and challenger, generating new pipeline, negotiating deals, and ensuring successful implementation and renewal of high‑value contracts. **Expectations:** * Deliver consistent over‑quota revenue growth in a new‑business environment. * Drive deep penetration into target accounts and capture market share against incumbents. * Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner for prospects, positioning solutions to solve client business problems. * Maintain accurate forecast and close high‑value deals within agreed timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Pipeline Ownership** – Prospect, qualify leads, and manage all stages from discovery to contract signing and renewal. 2. **Deal Management** – Own pricing, negotiate terms, and secure agreements that maximize deal value and long‑term customer success. 3. **Collaboration** – Partner with carrier relations, product, and commercial teams to craft technically sound, competitively priced solutions. 4. **Product Feedback** – Serve as the front‑line advocate, providing insights from the field to product, delivery, and support teams to enhance fit and revenue opportunities. 5. **Metrics & Reporting** – Track and report on sales metrics (pipeline, win rates, average deal size, quota attainment). **Required Skills:** * Strong hunter mentality with proven B2B enterprise sales track record. * Experience in SaaS/telecom (CPaaS/CCaaS/UcaaS) environments. * Ability to sell brand‑new solutions (“Zero to One” experience). * Strategic thinking, consultative selling, and solution‑oriented communication. * Negotiation and pricing expertise. * Self‑stimulation and ability to work independently in a global, remote‑first setting. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (equivalent practical experience accepted). * Industry certifications (e.g., Salesforce, relevant telecom certifications) are a plus but not mandatory.
