Job Description
**Job Title** Regional Account Executive **Role Summary** Account for end‑to‑end sales of SaaS property management solutions across a U.S. West Coast territory. Own pipeline generation, discovery, closing, and account expansion while driving revenue growth and fostering value‑based client relationships. **Expectations** - Manage the entire sales cycle for Regional PMC accounts, closing deals valued $40K–$80K+ ACV and driving upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. - Generate and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, and referrals. - Forecast accurately and manage deal progression in Salesforce and related tools. - Represent the company at industry events and champion AI‑driven property workflows. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and grow a territory of Regional PMC accounts. - Conduct self‑sourced and inbound discovery through close. - Lead discovery conversations uncovering operational, financial, and workflow pain points. - Consistently generate pipeline via outbound prospecting, events, and referrals. - Close multi‑product SaaS deals involving multiple stakeholders. - Execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities with existing accounts. - Forecast and manage deal progression using Salesforce, Gong, Notion, etc. - Represent the business at industry events, field meetings, and trade shows. - Champion modern AI‑driven workflows to optimize multifamily operations. **Required Skills** - 2+ years of full‑cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in proptech or operational software. - Proven ability to self‑generate pipeline in a territory‑based role. - Strong sales process skills: stakeholder mapping, timeline alignment, decision driving. - Track record of closing $40K–$80K+ ACV deals with meaningful complexity. - Experience selling to technical, operational, or C‑level buyers. - High ownership mindset: treat territory as a business. - Comfortable traveling 30‑40% for field selling, events, and meetings. - Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑moving market. **Bonus / Preferred** - Experience selling into multifamily or property management companies. - Deep understanding of multifamily maintenance workflows (inspections, make‑readies, etc.). - Proven track record of delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency, NOI, or resident experience. - Training in a sales methodology (Winning By Design, Sandler, SPIN, etc.). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. **Required Certifications** - No mandatory certifications required; sales methodology training is a plus.
