Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Operations Manager – Maternity Cover **Role Summary:** Lead the sales operations team to deliver high‑level service and order fulfilment for UK and European retail accounts. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Planning to ensure accurate data, forecast planning, and efficient workflow with 3PL partners. Produce financial and operational reports, manage disputes, and develop the team. **Expectations:** - Maintain excellent customer service and strong retailer relationships. - Ensure accurate customer data and sales forecasting. - Plan and track order workflow and shipment. - Deliver weekly and monthly financial/operational reports. - Resolve disputes and implement preventive actions. - Lead, coach, and develop the sales operations team. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Lead the sales operations team in managing orders for customer accounts across the UK and Europe. 2. Develop and nurture retail customer relationships, understanding their logistical needs. 3. Maintain customer data in ERP systems, create sales forecasts, and compile activity reports. 4. Plan workflow based on forecast and demand in partnership with 3PLs. 5. Track shipment of final products to meet customer requirements. 6. Produce accurate weekly and month‑end financial and operational reports. 7. Manage the dispute process, allocate resources to reduce recurrence. **Required Skills:** - Proven operations knowledge in logistics or supply chain. - Customer‑focused, proactive, solution‑oriented approach. - Excellent communication at all organisational levels. - Commercial awareness of budgets and target achievement. - Ability to stay calm and customer‑oriented under pressure. - Experience supervising, developing, or managing a team. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. - Knowledge of Spanish, French, or German is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in supply chain, operations, or project management are preferred.
