Job Description
Job Title: Product Enablement Specialist Role Summary: Create and maintain clear, user‑focused documentation, learning materials, and self‑service resources for a SaaS HR platform. Translate complex product and technical concepts into adoption‑ready content in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing teams. Expactations: - Minimum 2 years experience in technical communication or product enablement. - Proven ability to develop content for complex SaaS or enterprise software. - Strong writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Comfortable working with APIs, JSON, integrations, and system workflows. - Experience managing content on Zendesk Guide or similar platforms. - Proficiency in learning authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, etc.). - Ability to juggle multiple priorities in an agile, fast‑paced environment. - Collaborative mindset and proficiency with remote teamwork. Key Responsibilities: - Write and update product documentation, release notes, FAQs, and how‑to guides. - Produce API documentation, technical reference materials, and feature walkthroughs. - Turn user stories and product requirements into customer‑ready content. - Maintain and enhance the Zendesk Guide help centre, including HTML/CSS customisation. - Design microlearning modules and learning paths using tools such as Articulate. - Create short‑form videos and walkthroughs to support user adoption. - Analyze support data to improve self‑service effectiveness. - Coordinate documentation updates across development sprints using GitHub, Aha, and related tools. Required Skills: - Exceptional written communication and editorial precision. - Technical fluency with APIs, JSON, and integration workflows. - Hands‑on experience with Zendesk Guide (or equivalent help centre). - Familiarity with learning‑management and authoring platforms (Articulate, Rise). - Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise under tight deadlines. - Effective collaboration in cross‑functional, remote teams. Required Education & Certifications: - No specific degree required; relevant experience in technical writing, communications, or a related field accepted.
