Job title: Marketing Associate – Digital & Campaigns
Role Summary: Junior marketing professional responsible for executing integrated, omni‑channel campaigns, supporting senior managers, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of digital marketing activities. Works in a hybrid environment with a mix of office and remote work.
Expactations:
- Deliver marketing programs on schedule, maintaining high quality and brand consistency.
- Demonstrate strong project‑management and detail orientation in a fast‑paced setting.
- Communicate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders, including sales, creative, and content teams.
- Grow competency in digital channels, reporting, and lead‑generation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior campaign managers with planning and execution of integrated marketing programs.
- Translate strategic plans into actionable, channel‑specific campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and sales.
- Manage and coordinate digital marketing activities across email, social, paid media, and website channels.
- Track project milestones, report performance metrics, and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure accurate, relevant, and commercially aligned messaging.
- Localize campaigns and content for regional markets when required.
- Strengthen the marketing‑sales link through consistent, measurable campaign delivery.
- Analyze customer behaviour and campaign data to support continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of marketing experience or comparable graduate exposure.
- Hands‑on digital marketing experience (email, social, paid media, analytics).
- Knowledge of core marketing processes and the marketing‑sales relationship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong project‑management habits, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and with multiple stakeholders.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Interest or experience in regulated or technical sectors (life sciences, biotech, chemistry) is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
