Junior Marketing Executive / Marketing Programs Executive (Hybrid)

Hybrid working – 2–3 days per week in the office

Temporary assignment until July 31st with chance of extension

Able to start within 6-8 weeks from today.

This is a junior-level marketing role, ideal for a graduate or early-career marketer (typically up to 2 years’ experience) who wants to build strong foundations in digital marketing, campaign execution, and project delivery within a structured, commercial environment.

You’ll work closely with Senior Campaign Managers, supporting the delivery of integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, lead generation, and sales opportunities. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be fed projects and briefs by senior team members and expected to execute them accurately, on time, and to a high standard.

The Opportunity

You’ll be part of a wider programs team that translates customer needs, market insights, and business opportunities into clear marketing objectives. From there, you’ll help execute campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring activity is aligned with brand and commercial strategy.

This role is about doing the work well, learning the systems, understanding how marketing supports sales, and becoming reliable in delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Support senior campaign managers in the execution of integrated, omni-channel marketing programs
Assist in translating marketing plans into practical campaigns that generate awareness, leads, and sales opportunities
Execute and coordinate digital marketing activity across multiple channels
Project manage assigned marketing tasks, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes
Work with subject matter experts to ensure messaging is accurate, relevant, and commercially aligned
Support the regionalisation of campaigns and content where required
Help strengthen the link between marketing and sales through effective campaign delivery
Build an understanding of customer behaviour, campaign performance, and response metrics

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Ideally 1–2 years’ marketing experience (graduate profiles with relevant exposure are encouraged)
Some hands-on digital marketing experience (campaigns, email, platforms, reporting, lead generation, etc.)
An understanding of core marketing processes and how marketing supports sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good project management habits and excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working across teams and with multiple stakeholders
Organised, proactive, and keen to learn
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without losing accuracy

A background or interest in scientific, technical, or regulated industries (e.g. life sciences, chemistry, biotech) is an advantage, but not essential.
