**Job Title:** Mid-Market Account Executive, AI SaaS **Role Summary:** Drive new sales and expand existing Mid‑Market accounts for an AI‑powered SaaS platform that delivers online visibility, lead generation, and sales‑development automation. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects and customers through demos, ROI‑focused reporting, and solution selling to achieve measurable revenue growth. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual OTE targets. - Maintain high customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention rates. - Demonstrate deep understanding of client revenue goals and pipeline challenges. - Deliver data‑driven presentations that clearly articulate ROI. - Manage a full sales cycle independently while collaborating cross‑functionally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and nurture long‑term relationships with Mid‑Market clients. - Own the end‑to‑end sales process: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, closing, and post‑sale expansion. - Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs of AI‑generated performance reports. - Identify and close upsell/expansion opportunities (additional features, usage growth, service tier upgrades). - Partner with marketing, technical, and customer‑success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing value delivery. - Stay current on SaaS sales trends, AI‑driven marketing technology, and Mid‑Market growth strategies. **Required Skills:** - Proven track record in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success within Mid‑Market segments. - Strong consultative selling and communication skills; ability to simplify complex AI solutions. - Analytical mindset – proficient at interpreting data, metrics, and ROI calculations. - Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, lead generation, or sales automation (preferred). - Self‑starter with excellent time‑management, organization, and CRM discipline. - Technical aptitude: comfortable using CRM platforms and learning new SaaS tools quickly. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - No specific certifications required; sales or technology certifications are a plus.
