Role Overview

As an Account Manager at RankWorks, you will own and grow a portfolio of Mid-Market clients using our AI Online Visibility Engine and AiSDR system. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects and customers through the sales and expansion lifecycle while ensuring they realize clear, measurable value from our SaaS platform.

This role blends account management, consultative SaaS sales, and strategic upselling.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Mid-Market clients by deeply understanding their revenue goals, pipeline challenges, and growth objectives.

Account Ownership: Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

Product Demos and AI Report Reviews: Deliver compelling product demos and walk clients through AI-generated visibility, lead, and performance reports that clearly demonstrate ROI.

Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams to align platform capabilities with client needs, positioning AI automation, visibility, and SDR functionality as revenue drivers.

Upselling and Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional features, increased usage, or upgraded service tiers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, technical, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and high-value client experience.

Market Expertise: Stay current on SaaS sales trends, AI-driven marketing technology, and Mid-Market growth strategies to provide informed, strategic guidance.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Proven success in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success, preferably within Mid-Market environments.

Sales Communication Skills: Strong ability to clearly explain complex AI-driven solutions in a persuasive and consultative manner.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, reports, and performance metrics to support value-based selling.

Digital Growth Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, lead generation, or sales automation is a strong asset.

Self-Starter Mentality: Comfortable managing multiple accounts, priorities, and revenue targets independently.

Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong time management and CRM discipline.

Technical Aptitude: Experience using CRM systems and comfort learning new SaaS platforms quickly.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
