**Job Title:** Inside Sales Representative **Role Summary:** Drive acquisition of new accounts for AI‑powered digital marketing solutions via proactive outbound prospecting, inbound lead nurturing, and persuasive client presentations. **Expectations:** - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas. - Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date pipeline and forecast in the CRM. - Deliver high‑quality presentations and demos to diverse client profiles. - Collaborate effectively with marketing and sales teams. - Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, evolving sales environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct outbound cold calls and follow‑ups. - Qualify, nurture, and close inbound leads. - Present product value propositions and ROI to potential clients. - Record all activities, communications, and sales progress in Salesforce. - Contribute to sales strategy refinement and market insight sharing. - Participate in regular sales training, meetings, and performance reviews. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B inside sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets. - Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong self‑management, time‑management, and prioritization abilities. - Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce experience strongly preferred. - Ability to learn complex product offerings quickly and explain them clearly. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). - Salesforce or other sales‑related certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Enablement) are advantageous.
