Job Title: Business Solutions Consultant
Role Summary:
Senior consulting professional leading design, implementation, optimization, and governance of ERP, CRM, and AI technologies. Provides strategic advisory to senior leadership, translates business requirements into scalable solutions, and oversees multi‑disciplinary project delivery for enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Expectations:
- Deliver end‑to‑end solutions for CRM, ERP, and AI platforms.
- Guide executive stakeholders on technology adoption, roadmap, and governance.
- Manage project scope, risks, and delivery within agreed objectives.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy engagements for CRM, ERP, and AI, advising on adoption and long‑term roadmaps.
- Translate business needs into scalable, best‑practice solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Serve as trusted advisor to executive and senior management on digital transformation.
- Analyze processes, identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Provide technical and functional leadership to consultants, developers, and analysts.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal best‑practice frameworks.
- Lead multi‑disciplinary project teams through discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support.
- Oversee solution architecture, data models, security frameworks, and integration strategies.
- Manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder coordination.
Required Skills:
- Extensive hands‑on and architectural experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
- Experience with ERP platforms and enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and compliance.
- Ability to integrate multiple systems, analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, and third‑party applications.
- Consulting experience on AI solutions for complex, multi‑stakeholder use cases.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and executive communication skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities for multi‑industry business challenges.
- Independent, senior‑level advisory capability with cross‑functional collaboration.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years progressive IT, business systems, and digital transformation experience, including senior‑level consulting or leadership.
- Minimum 3 years direct experience with Salesforce or equivalent enterprise CRM implementations.
- Demonstrated industry experience across financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, technology, public sector, or professional services.
- Certifications in Salesforce, ERP, or AI technologies preferred.
