**Role Summary**
Support and own key phases of merchant onboarding for an e‑commerce ERP platform. Work directly with clients and cross‑functional teams to configure, document, test, and launch operations, using AI tools to accelerate decision‑making and deliver high‑quality implementations.
**Expectations**
- 2–3 years of full‑time, customer‑facing experience (e.g., consulting, sales, or operations).
- Ability to manage defined workstreams independently while collaborating with senior specialists.
- Comfortable with travel (up to 50 %) to client sites in North America and the UK.
- Strong curiosity about e‑commerce, supply‑chain, and operations systems.
- Quick learner, self‑starter, and adept at using modern tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Slack, G‑Suite) to improve efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own portions of new merchant onboardings: configure platform settings, map workflows (order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, inventory), and document requirements.
- Execute implementation work in partnership with senior specialists, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
- Conduct technical tasks such as EDI and API integrations with warehouses, marketplaces, and third‑party partners.
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimize configurations before and after go‑live.
- Travel to client sites to observe operations, gather contextual insight, and build operational knowledge.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Merchant Success to facilitate smooth handoffs and long‑term client success.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate configuration, documentation, risk identification, and technical validation.
- Capture lessons learned and feed them into shared templates and checklists to improve future implementations.

- Proficiency with configuration and documentation tools (e.g., spreadsheets, wikis).
- Experience with integration concepts (EDI, API) and familiarity with e‑commerce platforms.

**Required Education & Certifications**
