Job Description
Job Title: Business Systems Analyst II – Salesforce Role Summary: Serve as a mid‑level analyst responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and enhancing Salesforce applications, and coordinating implementation projects across a global organization. Expectations: - Translate functional owner needs into Salesforce solutions. - Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining rigorous change‑management and quality control. - Foster cross‑functional relationships to maximize CRM value and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business leaders and functional leads to assess needs and define application enhancements. - Plan, manage, and coordinate small to large Salesforce projects, acting as liaison between application teams and stakeholders. - Coordinate user acceptance testing, internal audits, and system upgrades. - Manage Salesforce configuration, data architecture, and master data management to ensure system stability and performance. - Develop administrative tasks: user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, automation flows, and routine updates. - Interface with third‑party vendors and implementation partners, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture. - Produce bi‑weekly progress documentation for onboarding and project status. Required Skills: - 3–5 years experience as a business systems analyst in a Salesforce environment. - Advanced Salesforce.com administration skills (Service Cloud, preferred, Field Service experience a plus). - Strong understanding of CRM data architecture, master data management, and integration. - Proficiency in project coordination, change‑management, and UAT facilitation. - Effective verbal and written communication; ability to engage technical and business stakeholders. - Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle) is a bonus. - High integrity, organizational discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. - Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
