**Job Title:** Junior HubSpot Administrator **Role Summary:** Fixed-term, 6-month contract for a Junior HubSpot Administrator to support CRM operations in an EdTech environment, focusing on user management, data integrity, system configuration, reporting, and user support. **Expectations:** Direct HubSpot CRM administration experience across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. Strong attention to detail, task prioritization, and problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee user accounts, permissions, and team structure in HubSpot. - Process onboarding/offboarding, manage meeting booking links, and calendar integrations. - Cleanse, deduplicate, and standardize data to maintain integrity. - Execute bulk data operations, assign ownership, and resolve data inconsistencies. - Configure custom properties, forms, surveys, workflows, and automation rules. - Create/maintain filtered lists, reports, and dashboards. - Train colleagues on HubSpot tools and serve as first point of contact for user queries. - Troubleshoot basic platform issues and support user adoption with best-practice guidance. **Required Skills:** - HubSpot CRM administration experience (Sales, Marketing, Service Hubs). - Spreadsheet proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets). - Strong data accuracy and organization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Multitasking with prioritization of tasks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - No formal education specified. - *Desirable:* HubSpot certification (any level), CRM/database administration experience, understanding of GDPR/data protection principles.
