**Job title:** Application Project Manager (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, internal portals) within a digital transformation context. Responsible for project governance, requirements gathering, scope definition, and delivery of application enhancements and custom tools.
**Expectations**
• Own end‑to‑end project lifecycle, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and quality delivery.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration, facilitating communication between business sponsors, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Apply best‑practice project management methodologies and adapt to project needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define governance, scope, and success criteria.
- Capture and frame business requirements; produce or validate functional specifications (cahiers des charges).
- Create and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, and deliverable traceability.
- Manage internal teams and third‑party partners; coordinate tasks and milestones.
- Organize acceptance testing, go‑live activities, and maintainance operations (MCO).
- Design, develop, and deploy micro‑tools or automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, VBA, SQL).
- Document solutions, report status to stakeholders, and support organizational change.
- Deliver user training and lead steering committee meetings.
**Required Skills**
- Strong background in application development and software integration.
- Proficiency in scripting/automation languages: PowerShell, Python, VBA, SQL; experience with Power Automate.
- Knowledge of enterprise application platforms: ERP, CRM, internal portals.
- Project management credentials or proven experience with V‑cycle, waterfall, Prince2, Agile or hybrid approaches.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders and lead change initiatives.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Relevant project management certification preferred (e.g., Prince2, PMP, ScrumMaster).
