Job Description: **Job title** Junior Developer Intern **Role Summary** Support web application development, optimization, and maintenance within the Growth Operations team. Focus on improving website performance, search visibility, and user experience through technical SEO, performance tuning, and debugging. **Expactations** - Deliver functional improvements and bug fixes within set timelines. - Collaborate effectively with front‑end developers and content teams. - Maintain accuracy and consistency of website content and data tracking. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement and optimize meta titles, descriptions, and schema markup (JSON‑LD). - Apply lazy loading, image compression, and CSS/JS optimization to reduce load times. - Monitor Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and implement enhancements. - Debug and troubleshoot site issues; resolve broken redirects and crawl errors. - Capture user interactions using datalayer tracking. - Update and maintain website content and copy. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and structured data (schema markup). - Experience with website performance optimization techniques. - Understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance metrics. - Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and attention to detail. **Nice‑to‑Have** - Version control (Git). - Awareness of emerging web technologies and trends. - Growth mindset and willingness to learn. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
