**Job Title:** Operations Director / Market Center Administrator (MCA)
**Role Summary:**
Leads and manages all operational, financial, and cultural functions of a real estate market center, ensuring efficient, profitable, and system-aligned operations. Works closely with executive leadership to support agent success and maintain a high-performance office environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as brand ambassador and first‑point contact, maintaining a welcoming front‑office environment.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and compliance with brokerage standards.
- Manage bookkeeping, accounting, A/R, A/P, commission processing, and associate billing; maintain accurate records and reports.
- Submit required financial and operational reports to corporate.
- Track profitability, growth metrics, and operational KPIs.
- Lead agent onboarding, training coordination, and internal communications.
- Support marketing and event planning for office programs.
- Maintain and enhance office technology, document management, and communication platforms.
- Continuously refine operational systems for scalability and effectiveness.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong accounting or bookkeeping expertise; real‑estate brokerage experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confident, professional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Tech‑savvy with Microsoft Office and cloud‑based systems.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
