We are seeking a high-level Operations Director / MCA to serve as the backbone of our Market Center. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, and supporting top performers. This position is ideal for a real estate agent who loves the industry but no longer wants to sell and instead wants to play a key role in helping other agents succeed at the highest level.

Position Overview

The Operations Director / MCA is the financial, operational, and cultural leader of the office. This person ensures the Market Center runs efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with Keller Williams systems.

You will partner directly with the Operating Principal, investors, and the Agent Leadership Counsel (Board of Directors) to help grow the office while maintaining and improving world-class operational standards.

This is not a background admin role. This is a visible leadership position that requires professionalism, confidence, and the ability to manage both numbers and people.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Office Operations

Serve as the Director of First Impressions and brand ambassador for KW Flagship Realty
Manage front office experience, agent support, and overall positive office environment
Oversee day-to-day Market Center operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism
Support leadership with meeting preparation, reporting, and accountability systems
Help maintain a strong, positive, and productive office culture

Financial & Accounting (MCA Duties)

Full responsibility for bookkeeping and accounting systems
Manage A/R, A/P, commission processing, and associate billing
Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
Submit required reports to KWRI
Assist leadership in tracking profitability and growth metrics

Agent & Business Support

Oversee agent onboarding and system setup
Support training events, classes, and internal communications
Assist with marketing and event coordination for office programs
Maintain systems that help agents stay productive and compliant

Systems & Technology

Ensure office technology, platforms, and tools function properly
Improve and refine operational systems for scalability
Maintain document management and internal communication systems

Qualifications

Strong accounting or bookkeeping experience (real estate brokerage experience is a major plus)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with professional presence
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
Leadership mindset with the ability to be both firm and supportive
Experience in real estate, operations, office management, or business administration preferred
