Job Description
**Job Title:** Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Europe **Role Summary:** Lead and grow sales of diagnostic imaging, ophthalmic lenses, and surgical systems across Eastern Europe, developing and executing regional strategy, training distributors, and engaging clinicians, trade shows, and educational programs. **Expectations:** - 75 % travel throughout Eastern Europe. - Live in Europe and fluent in English, German, and French. - Meet quarterly sales targets and deliver ROI reports. - Operate within budget and regulatory guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate sustainable sales across all product lines. - Conduct market segmentation, competitor analysis, and opportunity identification. - Develop and implement the regional sales and growth strategy. - Execute direct sales to end‑users as needed. - Represent the company at industry trade shows. - Provide sales training to distributors and support eye‑care residency and fellowship programs. - Develop region‑specific sales and marketing collateral. - Contribute marketing ideas and product‑design feedback. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 4 years of eye‑care medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience. - Prior sales leadership or sales‑training experience preferred. - Strong communication in English, German, and French (written & oral). - Negotiation, relationship‑management, and customer‑facing skills. - Analytical, strategic planning, and problem‑solving abilities. - Willingness and ability to travel extensively (≈75 %) and work independently. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
