**Job Title:** VP, Enterprise Applications
**Role Summary:**
Lead the strategic vision, architecture, and execution of the core enterprise application ecosystem, including Workday, Salesforce, Coupa, and Workato. Drive platform modernization, integration, automation, and data‑cloud readiness to enable scalable, secure, and analytics‑ready operations.
**Expectations:**
- Own end‑to‑end roadmap for enterprise applications.
- Deliver a well‑governed architecture that reduces customizations, eliminates redundancy, and improves maintainability.
- Position the organization to fully leverage Snowflake Data Cloud zero‑copy integrations.
- Build and grow a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration with Finance, HR, Operations, and Commercial leaders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define reference architectures, integration standards, and configuration principles across Workday, Salesforce, Coupa, and Workato.
- Optimize and scale platforms for finance, HR, projects, procurement, and sales, ensuring robust reporting and automation.
- Lead the enterprise integration and automation strategy using Workato, replacing point‑to‑point links with reusable, observable workflows.
- Prepare the application ecosystem for Snowflake Data Cloud zero‑copy integrations and AI‑ready data pipelines.
- Establish governance for data ownership, access, audit, and change management while maintaining agility.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and resilience as the business scales.
- Partner with Data & AI leaders to align application data with analytics and AI needs.
- Lead and develop the enterprise applications team, setting expectations for architecture rigor and delivery outcomes.
**Required Skills:**
- Executive leadership and stakeholder management.
- Deep expertise in Workday, Salesforce, Coupa, and Workato platform capabilities and integration patterns.
- Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise application architectures.
- Strong knowledge of data‑cloud platforms, especially Snowflake, and zero‑copy integration concepts.
- Automation architecture expertise with event‑driven processes and workflow orchestration.
- Governance, security, and compliance proficiency in enterprise environments.
- Team building, coaching, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and translation of business needs into technical strategy.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Workday Certified Architect, Salesforce Architect, Coupa Certified Professional, Snowflake Certified Data Engineer, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
