Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager – Dynamics 365 Sales & Data **Role Summary:** Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and continuous optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales environments. Drive data‑quality initiatives, deliver training and demos, and support customers in preparing for AI‑enabled CRM transformation. **Expectations:** - Build and execute structured 30/60/90‑day onboarding plans. - Communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. - Proactively identify and act on upsell and growth opportunities. - Maintain a customer‑first, analytical approach to improve adoption and data quality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead customer onboarding and adoption programs. - Deliver product demonstrations and hands‑on training. - Monitor and improve CRM data quality using the 4Cs framework (Capture, Cleanse, Consolidate, Compress). - Provide consultative insights on data governance and AI readiness. - Track customer health metrics and report on adoption trends. - Identify, qualify, and collaborate on upsell opportunities. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical details into practical guidance. - Solid understanding of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. - Analytical mindset with experience in data quality, governance, or related analytics. - Customer‑success or SaaS consultancy experience (preferred). - Familiarity with Power Platform, data governance, and AI initiatives is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Power Platform certifications) are advantageous but not mandatory.
