Job Title: Strategic Initiatives Project Manager
Role Summary:
Lead the planning, execution, and governance of high-impact strategic initiatives that drive growth within a financial services firm. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, transform strategic goals into actionable project plans, and ensure alignment with investor relations, marketing, finance, legal, and operations stakeholders.
Expectations:
*Deliver measurable results on time, within scope, and while managing risks, delivering tangible business value.*
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of Investor Platform initiatives: new product launches, expansion, and operational transformation.
2. Act as main coordination hub across business units, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear communication.
3. Translate senior leadership objectives into structured project plans, timelines, and execution frameworks.
4. Develop and maintain charters, resource plans, stakeholder communication plans, and status reports.
5. Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; proactively recommend actions to keep initiatives on schedule.
6. Facilitate cross‑functional workshops, steering‑committee meetings, and executive‑level briefings.
7. Align operational readiness with go‑to‑market strategies and distribution plans.
8. Continuously improve project management standards, processes, and governance within Planning & Operations.
Required Skills:
* Project management across multiple departments in a regulated environment.
* Stakeholder management and facilitation across finance, sales, marketing, and operations.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
* Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office suite.
* Ability to drive initiatives forward in complex, fast‑paced settings.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum 4 years of project management experience in financial services (asset management, private credit, investment management, etc.).
* Demonstrated success in leading cross‑departmental initiatives, product launches, or operational improvements.
