A leading financial services firm is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to support high-impact business initiatives. This role partners closely with business development, investor relations, and marketing leadership to execute strategic initiatives that support firm growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic initiatives supporting the Investor Platform, including new product launches, business expansion efforts, and operational transformation projects.
Serve as the central point of coordination across business teams, ensuring alignment between investor relations, marketing, finance, legal, and operations stakeholders.
Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into structured project plans, timelines, and execution frameworks.
Develop and maintain project charters, timelines, resource plans, and stakeholder communication frameworks.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational constraints, proactively driving solutions to keep initiatives on schedule.
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and steering committee meetings to ensure consistent progress across teams.
Produce clear executive-level reporting on initiative status, key milestones, and potential risks.
Work closely with marketing and investor relations teams to align operational readiness with go-to-market strategies and distribution initiatives.
Support continuous improvement of project management standards and governance across the Planning & Operations group.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (required)
4+ years of project management experience within financial services
Experience working in asset management, private credit, investment management, or a related financial institution
Demonstrated success managing cross-departmental business initiatives
Experience supporting product launches, business expansion, or operational improvement initiatives
Strong ability to manage stakeholders across finance, sales, marketing, and operations teams
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to drive initiatives forward in complex environments
