Job Title: NICE Actimize Developer
Role Summary: Configures, develops, and customizes NICE Actimize modules (ActOne, SAM, IFM, CDD‑X, WLF) for banking compliance. Acts as Lead Application Analyst, converting business requirements into technical solutions that meet AML and risk management standards.
Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Maintain data flows using SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, and Java. Collaborate with risk, banking, and compliance teams to satisfy regulatory deadlines, document enhancements, and provide post‑go‑live support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Actimize modules to meet regulatory mandates.
- Build and maintain SQL/PL‑SQL procedures, SSIS packages, and Java code for data integration.
- Design data flows; execute unit, integration, UAT, and production deployments.
- Produce functional specifications, perform analysis, and lead solution design.
- Validate rules and controls with risk, banking, and compliance stakeholders.
- Conduct system testing, resolve issues, and maintain documentation, process flows, and release notes.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years technical development experience in a banking/finance environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, and Java.
- Strong knowledge of AML concepts, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
- Experience with NICE Actimize solutions (ActOne, SAM, IFM, CDD‑X, WLF).
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and clear communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- Optional: Actimize Certified Developer or AML certification (e.g., CAMS).
