We are seeking an experienced Manager, PMO to strengthen program governance and drive delivery discipline across enterprise initiatives.
About the Role
This role will oversee multiple cross-functional programs and ensure projects are executed with clear structure, consistent delivery standards, and strong executive visibility. You will work closely with senior leadership, program stakeholders, and delivery teams to improve project execution, manage dependencies, and elevate overall PMO maturity. This position supports strategic initiatives spanning technology, infrastructure, and operational transformation within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
Responsibilities
Provide oversight across multiple concurrent programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and delivery timelines
Establish and reinforce PMO governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting structures
Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, lifecycle processes, and stage-gate governance
Maintain visibility into program health including risks, dependencies, scope changes, and schedule performance
Develop and deliver structured program and portfolio reporting, including executive dashboards and leadership updates
Facilitate governance forums, program reviews, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
Partner with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure coordinated delivery of enterprise initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, operational efficiency, and delivery consistency
Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and program teams on best practices in project execution
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in project or program management within a structured PMO environment
Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise programs involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies
Strong understanding of PMO governance, project lifecycle management, and delivery frameworks
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across business, operational, and technology teams
Experience producing executive-level reporting, portfolio dashboards, and program status communications
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage both delivery teams and senior leadership
Required Skills
Experience supporting enterprise technology, infrastructure, or operational transformation initiatives
Familiarity with modern project management and collaboration platforms
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Experience operating within fast-paced, high-growth organizations

Pay range and compensation package
This position will begin as a contract-to-hire engagement, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and organizational alignment.
