Job title: Account Executive Role Summary: Drive the full sales cycle for BEEM Data SaaS and professional services, building trust with key stakeholders, delivering ROI-focused proposals, and collaborating across marketing, product, and customer success to accelerate market growth. Expactations - 2–5 years B2B SaaS or professional services sales experience in data, AI, or IT. - Proven ability to navigate complex buyer journeys involving managers and executives. - Fluency in French and English (oral & written). - Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and rigor in opportunity management. - Interest in or knowledge of data, BI, cloud, or AI environments. - Comfortable engaging senior executive profiles. Key Responsibilities - Execute targeted business development strategies in project- or mandate-based sectors. - Identify decision‑makers, build trusted relationships, and qualify prospects. - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and share prospect insights. - Lead end‑to‑end sales process: qualification, needs assessment, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing, and handover to success teams. - Adapt presentations and proposals to client maturity and stakeholder profiles. - Highlight BEEM Data ROI through relevant use cases. - Document all activities and opportunity evolution in HubSpot CRM. - Provide feedback to product and operations for continuous improvement. - Contribute to team culture by sharing best practices and learning. Required Skills - B2B SaaS or professional services sales expertise. - Excellent verbal and written communication in French & English. - Presentation and demo proficiency. - ROI and business case development. - CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred). - Negotiation and closing skills. - Analytical and critical thinking. - Self‑starter with strong work ethic. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. - No mandatory certifications, though relevant industry training is a plus.
