**Job Title:** ServiceNow Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, implement, and govern end‑to‑end ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, data quality, and industry best practices. Provide technical leadership for discovery, service mapping, CMDB governance, integrations, and support presales activities.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 8‑10 years of IT service management experience with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow ITOM.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and customers in a hybrid (3 days onsite) environment.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (USC, GC, GC‑EAD, H‑4 EAD, TN).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and own the overall ITOM architecture (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) aligned to the Common Service Data Model.
- Lead CMDB governance, including IRE rule design, data model creation, and relationship frameworks to maintain high data integrity.
- Design and implement MID Servers, discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and credential management.
- Develop complex integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and external tools.
- Enforce technical standards, promote out‑of‑the‑box functionality, and minimize custom development.
- Support presales teams with solution design, scoping, and effort estimation.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules: Cloud Insights, Discovery, Governance, Service Mapping.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture, IRE, and CSDM.
- Hands‑on experience with MID Server deployment, discovery pattern creation, and credential management.
- Proficiency in Integration Hub, REST, SOAP, and API‑based integrations.
- Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (or equivalent).
- Additional certifications (e.g., ITIL v4, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
