Job Description

Key Responsibilities

ITOM Strategy & Architecture

Define and own the end-to-end ITOM architecture, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, aligning with business needs and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

CMDB Governance

Lead CMDB architecture, including Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules, data models, and relationship frameworks to ensure high data quality.

Implementation Leadership

Drive hands-on design and implementation of MID Servers, Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and credentials.

Integration Management

Design complex integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and external tools.

Technical Governance

Enforce development standards and best practices while leveraging out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities to minimize customizations.

Presales Consulting

Support sales activities with solution design, scoping, and effort estimation.
