Job Description
Job Title: Senior Account Manager - UK Role Summary: Drive revenue growth for PROCEPT BioRobotics’ Aquablation therapy in the UK by managing hospital, teaching institution, and private group accounts. Develop and execute territorial plans, oversee installations and training, lead utilization programs, and build relationships with key opinion leaders to ensure high adoption of the Aquablation system. Expactations: - Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and annual revenue targets. - Develop tailored territory plans with the Sales Manager and update on account performance. - Recruit, train, and manage junior sales staff to support account growth. - Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, Sunshine Act policies, and PROCEPT quality standards. - Maintain accurate CRM records and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Aquablation Program Reviews, Surgical Pathway implementation, and quarterly account updates. - Execute local marketing initiatives and collaborative plans with key accounts to raise patient awareness. - Manage and grow the installed base: drive installation, training, and utilization activities. - Develop and nurture relationships with hospital staff, surgeons, and KOLs to create a qualified lead funnel. - Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training to ensure clinical independence. - Coordinate with Professional Education, Marketing, and Customer Service teams for end‑to‑end customer support. - Resolve product complaints, safety issues, and provide technical assistance. - Maintain required credentials for hospital access and manage travel/expenditure within budget. - Partner with Sales Management to identify priority accounts for corporate relationships. Required Skills: - Proven track record of meeting sales targets in medical sales, preferably in urology or OR settings. - Experience selling disruptive surgical technologies and leading market development programs. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with key opinion leaders. - Ability to develop and execute territorial sales plans, forecast revenue, and drive utilization. - Proficient with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of FDA regulations, post‑market surveillance, and compliance requirements. - Adaptability to start‑up environment with collaborative teamwork.
