**Job Title:** Digital Marketing & Copywriting Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns that drive global trade show registrations, brand awareness, and revenue. Own all marketing copy and brand voice across paid and organic channels, coordinate with founders, sales, and external partners, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.
**Expectations:**
- 3–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing in a high‑growth environment.
- Proven ability to write compelling copy for ads, landing pages, emails, PR, and social media.
- Strong command of digital funnels and performance attribution (UTM, GA4, pixels).
- Campaign budget ownership and ROI reporting.
- Excellent written English, organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Produce high‑performing copy for landing pages, registration journeys, paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), email, social media, and partner promotions.
- Plan, launch, and manage multi‑channel acquisition campaigns (search, social, retargeting, email, community partnerships).
- Coordinate campaign calendars and launches across multiple shows with founders, sales, and external partners.
- Develop PR and communications materials: press releases, media outreach, founder‑led content.
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and value propositions for exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees.
- Track performance via attribution tools, run A/B tests, and deliver clear reports on registrations, ROI, and campaign metrics.

- PR outreach experience with trade publications.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM/ERP integration.
- Basic design or video editing skills to accelerate output.
