**Job Title** Floor Manager (FTC) **Role Summary** Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant floor operations on a maternity cover contract, ensuring precise, consistent service and a superior guest experience. Lead, coach, and motivate front‑of‑house staff while maintaining a calm, professional presence. **Expectations** Maintain the highest standards of service delivery, floor presentation, and guest satisfaction. Execute service plans, manage reservations, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations.
