Job Description
Job title: Graduate Operations Executive Role Summary: Support the Operations team by acting as the primary contact for a portfolio of client partners, ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and performance monitoring. Expactations: Deliver high‑quality client service, maintain accurate data across systems, communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to forecasting and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as first‑line point of contact for client inquiries and escalations • Resolve client issues via phone and other channels, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction • Conduct host induction meetings and monitor partner compliance, performance, and off‑boarding • Generate regular account performance reports and revenue forecasts for senior management • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Training teams to align client needs with company initiatives • Maintain and update client records in internal platforms (Serve, Monday.com, Looker, etc.) • Provide administrative support to the UK Core team as required Required Skills: • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving ability • Proficiency with data and reporting tools (Looker or equivalent) • Familiarity with CRM and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, internal systems) • Superior organisational and time‑management skills • Resilience, teamwork, and commitment to client success Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree (top‑tier university preferred) • Proof of right to work in the UK • Proficiency in English (expert level)
